General Terms and Conditions

Morris Hotels Operation s.r.o., with its registered office at Hradešínská 1955/28, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 177 71 056, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 375458 (hereinafter referred to as the “hotel”).

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or on the basis of a contract concluded between the hotel and another person. These conditions therefore apply generally to all hotel guests and agencies with whom no written contract for the provision of services by Morris Hotels Operation has been concluded.

1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Price Information
The price includes VAT (12%). The price is stated per room per night, including breakfast unless the guest chooses otherwise. No city tax is collected.

Reservation of Accommodation and Services
Accommodation and other hotel services, as well as confirmation of reservations by the hotel, are possible only in written form, i.e. by email. A reservation is valid and binding if the hotel confirms the reservation to the guest in writing or if the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the online reservation system.

Payment Terms and Refund Conditions
If the client books a rate plan with a cancellation option, no advance payment is required. The client provides a payment card as a guarantee, which will only be charged in the event of cancellation after the free cancellation period has expired or in the case of a no-show.

If the client books a non-refundable rate plan, payment is required immediately either via the payment gateway or by bank transfer. In the event of cancellation at any time after the reservation is made or in the case of a no-show, the full amount will always be charged.

If the client selects a reservation with a cancellation option and pays by bank transfer, the payment will be refunded in full to the same account and by the same method within 3 working days.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel this reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date, no fees or penalties will be charged and the deposit will be refunded in full. If you fail to arrive on the day your stay begins, a fee of 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Instructions for Payment of Deposit by Bank Transfer

Payment instructions for deposits with the option to cancel 1 or more days before arrival with a full refund of the deposit:

a) Card payment: if the reservation is made less than 3 days before arrival, only immediate payment by credit/debit card is possible. When paying by card, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway through which the deposit will be charged to your card.

b) Bank transfer payment: payment of the deposit by bank transfer can only be used if the reservation is made 3 or more days before arrival. The payment must be completed within 24 hours from the time of reservation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
The guest has the right to use the reserved premises and their equipment, as well as the equipment of common areas.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused in the room during the stay and agrees to cover any costs for repairs, replacements, or special cleaning; the amount will be determined by the hotel.
The guest is obliged to report any defects or deficiencies during their stay so that a remedy can be arranged.
The guest must pay all costs related to the use of hotel services, including additional services, no later than the day of departure unless agreed otherwise. In case of non-payment, the hotel is entitled to charge the corresponding amount to the guest’s provided payment card after departure.
The guest may withdraw from the contract according to the cancellation conditions or if the hotel has not provided the services agreed in advance corresponding to the hotel’s standard.
Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival; earlier check-in is possible only upon agreement with the hotel and may be subject to a fee.
Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure; late check-out is possible upon agreement with the hotel and for an additional fee.
The entire hotel is non-smoking. Violation of this rule and smoking in the room or hotel premises entitles the hotel to charge a penalty of EUR 200 for cleaning the room or hotel areas. The smoking ban and related penalty also apply to electronic cigarettes. Smoking is allowed only outside the hotel in designated areas.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. Any behavior that disturbs other guests during quiet hours is strictly prohibited (including loud music, television, shouting in rooms or hallways, and other disruptive behavior). In the event of a serious violation of this rule, the hotel may impose a financial penalty of up to EUR 400 or, if necessary, call the police.
Dogs may be accommodated upon confirmation by the hotel for a fee of EUR 15 per day.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL
The hotel is obliged to provide accommodation based on previously agreed services corresponding to the hotel’s standard.
If the hotel cannot accommodate the guest based on a previously created and confirmed reservation, it is obliged to arrange adequate accommodation for the guest in another facility.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer from a purchase contract or service contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the designated entity responsible for alternative dispute resolution:

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions are valid from 1 April 2023. The hotel reserves the right to change them, and guests are obliged to comply with the current version of these conditions.

The hotel collects the guest’s personal data only for the period necessary to provide the agreed services and does not provide this data to third parties.
